Design Notes

The second ORF, rebB, extends from base 535 through 852.The potential regulatory sequences for the initiation codon located at position 535 are the RBS AGGA (bases 524 to 527), the -10 sequence TTATAA (bases 473 to 478), and the -35 sequence TTGATA (bases 441 to 446).
